When I first went to The Paddock, I thought this is just the place where I would love to run outdoor courses. That was 5 years ago and since then we have built on our partnership with the owners to make it a place of learning and relaxation too.

This place is special to me. It’s a working smallholding where I spend most of my days with the dogs – preparing physically and mentally – for our upcoming Obedience competitions. I love it here. And I thought if I love it then it’s likely that our delegates will love it too – and they certainly seem to!

There’s something different about learning outdoors. It dissolves pretence. People tend to speak openly and honestly, and listen more deeply. No death by power-point, artificial lighting, stuffy conference rooms – just open sky, sunshine, and paddocks with horses, chickens, and sheep, and Wasing Woods on the doorstep.

The rustic simplicity is part of what makes it such a powerful setting. The place has a way of settling people before we even begin. And from that place real learning becomes possible.

Join us! Not only because you wish to learn about the real art and craft of transformative coaching but because you wish to experience how it feels to discover that the source of learning is YOU! You are already resourceful. And we are going to support you on this soul journey to coach the way you want to coach, the way that’s aligned with the truth of who you are. Learn how to show up and respond to what shows up in yourself and others, with ease, grace, and just enough grit to get traction in your client’s lives.

Not only is this a wonderful rustic setting, close to Newbury, Basingstoke, and London – but is peaceful and informal – the perfect setting for an atmosphere of community and learning.
