Angela Watson is the founder of an Executive Coach Training Consultancy, a master trainer and coach who for nearly two decades has been providing transformative coaching services to coaches, actors, doctors, teachers, leaders, and university students. Her extensive career also includes leading workshops, week-long Executive Coach Training Courses, and retreats, for teams, NHS organisations, and medical Deaneries.
Having trained thousands of coaches over the years, Angela has played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of impactful, authentic practitioners, passing on to future generations the skills and qualities that support peace, passion, and learning. Her unique approach blends deep presence, intuition, and humour, helping coaches work more impactfully and elegantly in a lifestyle friendly way and confidently support their clients through real transformation (starting with themselves).
Angela lives in Hampshire, UK with her family. She is a top sports dog trainer – regularly competing in Obedience with her Golden Retrievers, all over the UK.

We purchased our 400 hundred year old wonky cottage in Hampshire in 2006. We’ve been lovingly restoring it in keeping with it’s character ever since. And yes, it’s often covered in dog hair.
My Better Half
Always practical, Mark’s true talent is keeping everything real and logical. You’ll find him down the garden in his man-cave, surrounded by camera parts.
Jasper
Jasper is a golden retriever with the best of both worlds – half show, half working lines. He has a calm and enigmatic presence on the outside, but he’s wild on the inside. Between them, Jasper and Berty run the show.
Berty
Berty is a golden retriever from strong working lines. A true superstar of the Competitive Obedience ring, he’s no stranger to the podium. He tackles everything with gusto, yet he’s always up for a cuddle.
