Our aim is to help you bring out the best in yourself and others.

EVERY human being is amazing.
And, there’s never been a more important time to help people remember that.
Remembering who you are (not who you think you SHOULD be), and tapping into your natural instincts and intuition, is the key to success.
That’s the core idea here.
Ah…but, for so long, many of us have been conditioned to view ourselves (and others) through a lens of ‘what needs improvement’. Whether in our personal or professional lives, we’ve been taught to seek fixes.
But what if seeking fixes is the reason we keep perpetuating our problems. And our suffering? What if not trying to fix is the ultimate solution?
I am suggesting that a shift in perspective is needed, from a focus on what’s wrong with people, to a focus on what’s right.
When we appreciate what’s right, we free ourselves to express ourselves fully, and bring our true selves to the table – to make decisions aligned with who we are, to thrive in careers and relationships, and move through life with more peace and ease.
I don’t use coaching as a means to fix problems, improve performance, or correct flaws, but rather to explore the nature of self and clear away the myths and misunderstandings.
This work is about bringing out the brilliance that already exists within each of us, rather than constantly searching for flaws to correct.
As coaches, we should create a supportive and loving environment for our clients, reminding them of their abilities and potential, rather than trying to fix them. We should also embody this ourselves.
In short, this is the art of coaching.

We can all feel stuck at times, limited by insecurities and challenges. Storytelling and poetry can provide appropriate support either as a stand alone resource or within a coaching context. Tales For Coaching is a collection of stories, articles, and poems written by qualified coaches, trainers, and clients, to remind human beings, just how awesome you are. Here, they share with you their insights and learnings – expressed uniquely through the power and beauty of words.
